Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This policy explains how VE Solutions SpA ("VE Solutions", "we") collects and handles personal data when you visit vsol.cl, fill in one of our forms, or hire us. We wrote it to be read, not to be hidden behind legalese. It follows Chile's Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and anticipates Law No. 21.719 (2024), which modernises that framework and creates the Personal Data Protection Agency.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is VE Solutions SpA, a company incorporated in Chile, with registered offices at Cerro El Plomo 5931, Depto. 510, Las Condes, Santiago 7561160, Chile and operations in Santiago and Osorno. For anything related to your data, write to [email protected]. It reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

2. What we collect

  • What you give us in forms: name, work email, company, role, phone or WhatsApp (if you share it), and whatever you write about your situation in the contact, diagnostic, or scheduling forms.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move through the site, gathered through PostHog and Vercel Analytics.
  • Cookies: the minimum needed to run the site plus, with your consent, analytics cookies (see section 6).

We do not ask for sensitive data (health, beliefs, and the like) and ask that you keep it out of free-text fields too.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer and assess your request — read what you sent, reply, and prepare a useful first conversation. Basis: your consent and the steps prior to a possible contract.
  • To deliver and support an engagement once you become a client. Basis: performance of the contract.
  • To run and improve the site with aggregate analytics. Basis: our legitimate interest in a site that works.
  • To send occasional updates or a newsletter — only if you tick the box. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Marketing, newsletter, and WhatsApp

We only send commercial or newsletter messages to people who asked for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to be removed. Asking us a question is not the same as subscribing — we will not add you to a list for writing in.

5. Who else touches your data

We never sell your data or share it for someone else's marketing. We do rely on a few vetted providers that process it on our behalf, under contract and only as instructed:

  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
  • Resend — delivery of the emails our forms generate.
  • PostHog — product analytics.

6. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working (language, theme, security) and need no consent. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your mind from the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining analytics does not break anything on the site.

7. International transfers

The providers above operate servers outside Chile, mainly in the United States, so handling your request involves an international transfer. We choose providers that commit to recognised safeguards and contractual data-protection terms.

8. How long we keep it

We keep contact and diagnostic data while we are in conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you come back. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and Chilean commercial and tax law require. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly safe, but we keep the attack surface small and review it regularly.

10. Your rights

Under Chilean law you may, at any time, request to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Rectify it if it is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete or block it.
  • Object to a given use, or withdraw a consent you gave.
  • Port it — receive a copy in a usable format.

Write to [email protected] and we will reply within the legal term. If you believe we mishandled your data, you may complain to the Chilean data-protection authority once it is operative under Law No. 21.719.

11. Minors

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18; if that happens by mistake, tell us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. The version shown here is always the one in force.
