1. Services

VE Solutions SpA provides consulting services in knowledge graph construction, AI agent implementation, data modernization, and fractional AI leadership. All engagements begin with a diagnostic phase and are subject to mutual agreement on scope and terms.

2. Application Process

Submitting an application through our website does not guarantee engagement. VE Solutions reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion. We select clients based on project fit and current capacity.

3. Confidentiality

All diagnostic engagements are conducted under a mutual NDA. Information shared during the application process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created during an engagement are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. VE Solutions retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently.

5. Limitation of Liability

VE Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
