Our Services

These are not mandatory steps. They are capabilities we choose from according to the real pain, budget, urgency, and what the client wants to solve.

Pain first

Technology diagnostic and problem reframing

We start with the pain you bring. We map constraints, operations, users, and budget before recommending any tool.

Pain:Mixed symptoms, competing urgencies, and vendors pushing solutions before understanding the case.
Response:A reframed problem, prioritized options, and a clear decision rule for what to do, what to postpone, and what not to buy.

Executive judgment

Fractional leadership: CAIO + CTO

C-suite technology and AI leadership without hiring a full-time executive: direction, governance, vendors, and follow-through.

Pain:Technology decisions by committee, vendors setting the agenda, and projects with no clear executive owner.
Response:Clear priorities, technology governance, vendor control, and measurable progress toward the business result.

Internal or external use

Custom software, platforms, and websites

We design and build internal software, portals, dashboards, client-facing tools, websites, and applications according to the real case.

Pain:Spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, weak websites, software that does not fit, or manual work holding critical processes together.
Response:Owned, usable, maintainable tools designed for the process and the people who actually use them.

Real integration

Software, services, and cloud implementation

We implement and connect SaaS, ERPs, CRMs, APIs, cloud services, deployments, permissions, and operating flows.

Pain:Purchased tools configured poorly, brittle integrations, and teams duplicating information.
Response:Connected services, organized permissions, data moving properly, and an operation able to sustain the system.

Physical layer

Hardware, networks, and operating infrastructure

When the problem touches the physical world, we specify and coordinate hardware, networks, workstations, local servers, sensors, or edge devices.

Pain:Equipment bought without criteria, unstable networks, undersized or oversized infrastructure.
Response:Hardware and network defined by real use, with configuration, documentation, and support plan.

When it adds value

Automation, agents, and applied AI

We automate workflows and design AI agents only when they improve time, quality, traceability, or operating capacity.

Pain:Critical manual processes, brittle automations, or AI used because it is fashionable without clear impact.
Response:Automated flows, agents with clear limits, and humans involved when the decision requires it.

Foundation when needed

Data, integrations, and databases

We organize data, databases, pipelines, and integrations for analytics, automation, or AI when the diagnostic calls for it.

Pain:Duplicated data, legacy databases, manual integrations, and reports nobody fully trusts.
Response:Reliable, connected, maintainable data ready for the use the business actually needs.

Only if warranted

GraphRAG and knowledge graphs

If the bottleneck is relationships, traceability, and reasoning over complex information, we build knowledge graphs and GraphRAG.

Pain:Scattered information, invisible relationships, answers without clear sources, and decisions that are hard to audit.
Response:Connected knowledge, traceable queries, and answers that show where each conclusion comes from.

Keep it running

Maintenance, evolution, and continuous improvement

We maintain, fix, measure, and improve what was implemented so it does not die after launch.

Pain:Solutions launched and abandoned, bugs piling up, costs rising, and nobody accountable for the system.
Response:Monitored system, prioritized improvements, controlled costs, and clear support for the team.

Frequently asked questions

How are you different from a traditional consultancy?

We start from your problem, not from a solution we already had ready to sell. We diagnose first, and only recommend building something if it genuinely moves your result. Sometimes the best advice is to not buy anything yet.

Am I obligated to implement technology?

No. The diagnostic is a service on its own: you leave with a clear decision about what's worth doing and what isn't. If you decide to implement, we do it or coordinate whoever should; if not, you still keep the map.

What does it cost and how do you charge?

It depends on the case. We work with scoped diagnostics, fixed-scope projects, fractional leadership on retainer, and, when it fits, hourly or value-share models. The price and payment terms are set in a written proposal before we start.

Do you work with companies outside Santiago?

Yes. We have offices in Santiago and Osorno, and we work remotely with companies across Chile and LATAM. Diagnostic conversations and follow-up work just as well at a distance.

How long until I see results?

The diagnostic gives you clarity in a week or two. Implementation depends on scope, but from the start we define which number should change and by when, so you can measure whether it worked.
