AI secretary for your business
Your business already has WhatsApp, Gmail, a calendar, and spreadsheets. What is missing is someone to coordinate them. The AI Secretary connects those channels into one assistant that remembers, drafts, schedules, notifies, and follows up. It works with bounded autonomy: it acts within rules you approve, asks for your confirmation on sensitive actions, and keeps an auditable log. It always identifies itself as AI and hands off to a person when appropriate. Lite pack: $790.000 setup (range $690.000–$1.190.000) plus management from $340.000/month. It covers calendar, email, reminders, summaries, and client notices, running in 1–2 weeks. Ops pack: $1.900.000 setup (range $1.500.000–$2.900.000) plus management from $590.000/month. It adds a client intake agent in an isolated environment, a workflow backend, and role-based permissions. You choose the server: Cloud Box (VPS) or Local Box (Raspberry Pi or mini-PC at your premises).

Frequently asked questions
What does it do alone and what does it confirm with me?
It reads your calendar and email, drafts messages, and prepares reminders without asking. Sending external messages or moving meetings requires your confirmation, unless a rule you pre-approved covers it. Deleting anything always requires approval. Every action is logged.
What is the difference between the Lite and Ops packs?
Lite ($790.000 + management from $340.000/month) is your internal assistant: calendar, email, reminders, and summaries, running in 1–2 weeks. Ops ($1.900.000 + management from $590.000/month) adds a client intake agent in an isolated environment, a workflow backend, and role-based permissions, in 2–4 weeks.
Who pays for the server and the AI model?
You do, and we declare everything upfront. The Cloud Box is a VPS in your name (~$5.000–$10.000 CLP/month); we can invoice it at cost, with no markup. The Local Box (Raspberry Pi or mini-PC at your premises) is a one-time purchase. The AI model runs first on your own ChatGPT or Claude plan. If your case requires API usage, consumption is passed through with a declared margin. Lite and Ops management includes a fair-use consumption quota.
Can it also handle my clients?
Yes, with the Ops pack. The intake agent receives your clients' inquiries in an environment separate from yours. It does not access your email, calendar, or internal documents. It identifies itself as AI and hands off to your team when appropriate.
